Nissa, my daughter Kendra, and her husband David invited me and a few friends to the Nantucket Daffodil Festival for my 60th birthday. (check out my invitation below!)

Nestled in the North Georgia mountains of Dahlonega, this event had Nissa feeling quite at home. The air couldn’t have been fresher and with the smell of fresh lavender- couldn’t have been more delightful!

What an exciting event this was with the characters from Peter Pan wandering around, face painters, balloon artists, and plenty of snacks.
